Work environment can be stressful in some positions. Too much reporting and Leads are afraid to make decisions at times. Rely on group consensus for decision that most are not prepared to think out-of-the-box for fear of impact to own performance. Company had moved towards computer-based training Vs face-to-face training to cut cost and this is ineffective and waste of money and time.
