      Benefits, management of employee hours, safe work environment

      Cons

      Benefits were promised but ultimately not delivered. Terminal was sold to a bidder and during process was told all employees would be bridged for vesting in the 401(k) and pension. However once sale was completed, we were informed that neither was true and there is nothing we could do about it. Thanks a bunch Exxon!
