Pros

They do recruit professional people in most cases, but that's also their biggest con. Work day is usually balanced with 8.5 working hours. If that's enough for you - you should come work here

Cons

Technology is obsolete. You will not use your full potential or advance yourself professionally during your stay with Exzac (aka Matrix IFS). The company doesn't really care about exposing the employees to new technologies - as long as you're billable and making money, why should the company invest more of its time and money in you? CEO and management seem to have no technological understanding and their only agenda seem to be to make sure the projects stay alive. Managing directors seem to not last more than a year. Raises almost don't exist and no bonuses. No 401k match by the company too.

Pros

8 hours work day. Only thing that kept me there due to personal reasons.

Cons

You will not learn anything new, if you're into progressing in technology. You will not get any training. You will not get a salary that matches your worth. You will get chased by "managers" who don't know anything but ask for everything.
