Pros

8 hours work day. Only thing that kept me there due to personal reasons.

Cons

You will not learn anything new, if you're into progressing in technology. You will not get any training. You will not get a salary that matches your worth. You will get chased by "managers" who don't know anything but ask for everything.

Pros

Easy, Lots of free time, learning compliance field, working with banks, the environment in the office is very nice. nice people. getting to know people of very different backgrounds. lots of indians and israelis.

Cons

the technology is not thrilling. They usually bring people on a visa so they can pay them less. there's a dress code. No prospects inside the company. management is obtuse.

Pros

Hard to find any pros. The only thing i can think of is that i should have convinient 8 hours a day job. but actualy a lot of production issues are after working time and also releases during the weekends.

Cons

Very boring job - working for big clients with too many managers and unprofesional environment. When recruiting me Exzac actually lied by promising me to learn a lot and to code in Java, Javascript, DOT.NET - in fact was very little coding and not much to learn. Big clients might look good on your resume but actualy there are no opportunities to develop technical skills - if you like to write code forget about it. Employees get paid by their visa status and not by their effort and contribution. The CTO is an unpleasant to work with - has personalities issues and clash with everyone. The company take advantage of employees with bound visa and penalty fees for making them a green card - this is actually illigal ! As well Exzac threatend to sue a former employee for non-compete which is just rediculous ! Be ware of Exzac.
