Variety of tasks and clients - sometime i write code, sometimes i do DBA work etc... Flexible hours Can work from home from time to time

Some of the tasks are not very challenging

Pros

Complete control of the work and life balance. I was able to work overtime hours to get extra income when I needed it but was not pressed to work overtime when I was not interested. I was able to gain knowledge in the hot market areas of AML and Surveillance which allowed me to get a senior position after leaving at a Big 4 firm. Was a great time there and I am thankful for it and would recommend to others to join.

Cons

Not a pure software development company its pure professional services environment. Important to know that before starting that the work is more in that realm. If you know going in the con becomes a pro of course.

Pros

Exzac really is one of the few companies that do put it's employees ahead for employee's career growth on all the aspects (including but not limited to knowledge, hierarchical, monetary growth). If you are good at your work they surely will appreciate you in every manner. gets you a platform to work with skilled teams/colleagues

Cons

none that I can bid on.
