The kids, Making a difference, No commute

Cons

Abysmal pay rate despite degrees held, Students with severe behavior issues are allowed to do as they please, Blame employees for everything that goes wrong from technical issues to student performance even though you have no authority over the kids

Pros

You get your own room to tutor in, a lot of autonomy, very supportive management.

Cons

A lot of routine manual effort went into planning. Some of this has probably been taken out by now with new technology.

Pros

- Friendly staff who spend time training and ensuring you're comfortable in the tutoring environment - The booklets are standard and in an intuitive order so it's easy to get into and learn the flow

Cons

- Fairly high teacher turnaround since they're part time positions
