Pros

Can't think of any, unfortunately.

Cons

1) Poor working environment - the centre was very small, crowded and dirty. 2) Students' schedules were absolutely messy. Teachers could never tell exactly who might be popping up at which hour. 3) Every students were learning different things at the same time. Teachers simply couldn't explain things properly. 4) The centre-owner loved to argue for more working hours and less payment. Payments were rarely made on time. 5) The owner loved to interpret labour ordinances in favour of herself.

Extremely disappointed

Pros

Friendly environment with a nice design, not too much stressful work pressure put on you. Pay was reasonable.

Cons

Minimal contact with lots of people since each center has only a few teachers, hard to move up from your position. Terrible response from the manager when I attempted to apply for the job, after being told I had a great interview, it took me 3 weeks to be finally given a response after calling and emailing. In that call, the manager immediately forwarded me to one of her workers who had no idea how to aid me or what I was talking about, and tried to arrange another interview for me. Extremely disappointed. Was told that I would definitely get the job since the other workers were quitting once they graduated.
