Run! The billion dollar corporation that owns Esp is just that a billion dollars corporation. They’re only about their investors. From HR to the countless managers they hire and firer. Patient care is last on the list, retaining employees is next to last. Favoritism! That’s all they have go for them. And that’s rampant After three years and ten managers nothing is good. As a doctor owned practice the patient’ and employees were taken care of. There’s so many things I could say about the management staff and the corporation but the bottom line is just run! BTW: there is paid time off but they will take it from you at the end of the year and they will direct you on how you are supposed to use it! ESP pay is extremely low! Anyone who is paid well is a carry over employee when the doctors owned the practice.
