Pros

Ability to work with patients and watch them experience a positive side with their vision change.

Cons

MANAGEMENT...hands down management is terrible no control no one is able to assist. Not compensated for the work done/do. All they care about is numbers forget if you work 40+ hours a week they want to get the most out of you but unwilling to pay overtime.

Pros

Everyone here has been very nice, and I'm impressed with how bright the team is. It seems like a group of really sharp hard working people trying to blaze a new trail. There's a lot of autonomy, and as the company grows rapidly, a big opportunity to make an impact. An adherence to compliance and ethics is also in place. I've felt supported and empowered.

Cons

There's plenty to be done, so I imagine folks who like to sit around and be told what to do, or come to work to make friends and chat all day probably wouldn't be the best fit.

Pros

Enjoyed working with fellow colleagues.

Cons

The company lacks any type of positive culture. Upper management does not care that none exists. There is very little corporate communication. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing most of the time.
