I highly recommend EyeCare Services Partners to anyone who’s just starting out. It’s a great company to work for to gain experience and build up your skills, your confidence, and your resume. I had an amazing time here. I learned a lot and met a lot of really great people. If you dream of owning your own practice one day then it’s not going to be a long-term career move for you. But even if that’s the case, I still strongly recommend working here for a few years because it’ll give you all the skills you need to be able to run your own practice. Otherwise, it’s a decent long-term career option. Management is great and even though you’re not in full control, they do allow a high degree of job autonomy that makes you feel like you are in the day-to-day aspects of the job. Giving the company a 5-star review was a no-brainer. If they don’t deserve 5 stars I’m not sure any company does.
