      decent hours always overtime if youre good can drink and smoke on breaks upper managment is cool always happy hours on Fridays

      Pros

      There is a leader who is still there that has used the internal cameras to spy on a woman and then comment about the low cut blouse she was wearing. This is not his first offense. Nor is he the only offender. I guess owning shares is more important than being a decent human lol

      Cons

      Leadership is continually infighting and having “measuring” contests and this behavior is seemingly encouraged from the top. This is terrible leadership that impacts all the downstream employees making for a miserable working experience.

      Pros

      Easy work, You just monitor alarms and dispatch if you see someone who isn't supposed to be there. Youre likely to work at night, So obviously people shouldn't be at the monitored businesses past midnight lol.

      Cons

      Terrible Work-life balance. You literally cannot even take Unpaid Leave at all which kinda feels illegal. You work 10 hour shifts, The PTO you accumulate = 1 day off for a month of working straight.
