Pros

EyeWonder had the best of both worlds. Extremely cutting edge technology with the mentality of the entertainment industry. All employees were allowed to flourish and find their strengths and play to them

Cons

The corporate idiots thought they could improve on perfect by promoting inexperienced, unprofessional managers.

Pros

Great innovative company with competitive benefits and growth. There are many moving pieces within the company so it is easy to find an area and advance within it. The company also has a great culture despite some of the negativity produced from recent acquisitions.

Cons

Middle management is inexperienced and short sighted. It makes being productive and pushing new ideas and products through the company nearly impossible. Poor choices were made on Director level managers based on personal relationships rather than skill or experience.
