Cake Day, rafting trip, majority of the employees work ethic, most clients are amazing, some of the supervisors are the best out there!

Cons

VERY reactive culture. If you are not a favorite, you are not going to make it. You can essentially do whatever you want (no worries on deadlines, no worries on language, no worries on ramifications on sexually harassing someone)...
