Great people, challenging projects, decent pay, benefits, and bonus potential. Rarely can a problem not be resolved.
Cons
Legacy systems and significant technical debt (currently being addressed), not enough optical industry business knowledge to translate to effective technical solutions, not given enough time for testing automation or proper project planning - just a "hit the date" approach, then some hindsight of what was not done effectively.
