      Could be better...could be worse.

      Pros

      For retail, hours aren't bad. Work/life balance is ok. Clean, professional environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, too many cons. Communication and support from DM level up is confusing and minimal. Vastly different responsibilities from store to store, depending on size. Manager bonus structure is incredibly cheap. Just had a month where sales were up 15% and profit was up 11k year over year...bonus $150. Sales/kpi budgets too high to achieve and pressure to perform is high.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for growth for employees. Business model very customer-friendly. Fun environment to work in. Decent benefits as well.

      Cons

      Although there are a lot of opportunities to grow and move up in the company, the actually process sometimes takes a little while since it's a corporation.
