      This has been a great company to work for. It is all about WHO you work for and our DM and corporate officials have been AMAZING to work with. I love that I feel like I can make a difference in the company as an individual and with my team.

      Pros

      Great work-home life balance, great benefits, great potential to move up in the company, good training courses for management. As a field leader, I have had nothing but great support and plenty of room for advancement! From the CEO of our parent company, to the SRVP, RVP, and District Manager..the support is ENDLESS and they all make us feel appreciated!!

      Cons

      The company is still learning how to handle communication as we grow larger. We are learning and adapting how to effectively communicate new operations and updates as we go along.
