Busy which meant job security, The office I worked at was understaffed but we all got along really well., Commission was decent.

Cons

I felt very overworked due to understaff, Customers always got their way even if we had policy set, Quality of eyewear was very cheaply made we had customers always coming in complaining, Very hard to move up in the company.

Great management, perfect teachings. very easy to understand and get along with the workers there. everybody is friendly. they do human resources ainterviews and periodically ask that you balance life and work

Cons

sometimes it would get super toxic at the lab to breathe and i would have to leave
