Pros
Company culture is great. People are very nice and company provides many opportunities to socialize. Team members work very closely with each other creating a great synergy and bonds. Benefits are great as well. Bonuses provided each year are hefty as well as company matches your 401k. Company will pay for many professional certificates and reimbursed on gym memberships.
Cons
Work hours are long. You need to spend about 10 hrs a day at work. You ready do not get reviews so you do not know how you are doing comparing to others. Makes it hard to understand your performance. Not much opportunity to move between roles or move higher on the corporate ladder. When interview few years ago, was not really sure what the position is actually about. Very vague description.
