      Pros

      3-4 kinds of biscuits to choose from. Very good opportunity to learn politics from upper management. You'll get an opportunity to work with all outdated and deprecated programming languages.

      Cons

      Management in Hyd is worst - Group of pure non-technical background destroying the great vision set by CEO. Managers do safeguard themselves and fires employees. Does partialities, You will be pressurized to see hell lot of politics in just out of 200 employees company.

      Pros

      Eze has a stack of great people. The business domain is complicated and the tech is a mixture of old and new. To thrive in this culture you have to work hard, but know how to have fun at the same time. The people that get on Glassdoor and complain are often the same people that can't handle the pace and leave. Don't believe the trolls with an ax to grind. On the cloud platform we work with a mix of node, go, python, c#. There is a lot of trust - I deploy production changes all the time. Feels good to see my work get used. We run on AWS and Docker. The skills I'm learning here are very good for my career. Benefits are good - healthcare, 401k match, personal time when I need it

      Cons

      Eze can be stressful at times. Customers use our cloud to trade, so if we are down it is a big deal. Sometimes we work long hours to get a feature out.
