      This used to be a great company to work for. There are still a lot of good people in the rank and file

      Massive exodus of talent Recent elimination of bonuses and reduction of compensation Completely inept management with no direction Hostile work environment Betting company on huge IMS initiative that to date is a total failure Will soon be sold again for the 5th time when the private equity owners find someone to dump it on

      Pros

      It is an awesome work environment. From the offices, to the idea of the chore wheel, to the quality of the people that create a great team. It is a demanding but also rewarding environment and the company definitely provides opportunities

      Cons

      Overall the life work balance is not great. It is expected that you will work overtime. Also, there is some lack of organization when creating road maps
