Large company, that offers jobs in every trade with steady work for the most part.

Cons

Doesn’t offer any per diem or housing allowance to workers that travel from long distance out of state. Doesn’t offer PTO or paid vacation for regular physical laborers. Job sites can be far from one another and the travel can be anywhere from 25 minutes - 2 hours if your job slows down or if needed else where.
