Pros

The projects we do are rewarding and overall allow you to learn a great deal about construction. The company has also been successful and there is plenty of work on the horizon.

Cons

Old school to a degree. Little problems often turn into bigger problems or get blown out of proportion. Not enough support provided at times throughout the course of a project office wise.
