Great backlog and business development. The “appearance “ of being part of the family.

Cons

A certain OM does not have the ability to tell the truth. The one bad apple that spoils the cart. An OM that doesn’t understand what it is to grow and develop future leadership.

Overall, the company cares, the coworkers care.

Cons

The middle management choose to turn a blind eye, especially re: software training. They don't know how to use it, and they get frustrated when the Project Managers don't know how to use it. But they refuse to bridge the gap. They don't want to admit they don't know how to use the software themselves.
