F.H. Paschen has a great "small company" feel, for a company that earns $600-700m in gross revenue. Executives are accessible and down to earth people. A lot of opportunities to grow, with limited hand holding. You really need to be able to swim or you sink. Competitive salaries and great team feeling. No office drama, at least discernible by a PE.

Cons

Limited time off for the first 5 years. Long hours but this is the nature of the business.
