The managers are hot and cold i think have some kinda mental issues. managers Never able to talk to people and even had the ops manager put a hole in the wall due to anger issues. And nothing happened. His way or high way. If your not part of the club than your treated as an outcast.

Overall a good company, Large number of opportunities among several division of the company, Civil, Building, Preferred Projects Group which does healthcare and more suburban work. They have many regional offices across the country, most closely to Chicago is Michigan City and an office in Indiana.

Cons

In order to move up more times that not you have to ask or fight for a promotion.
