You are just a number. The insurance is VERY VERY expensive with very high deductibles most processes are at least six day a week! The pay is not very good at all. Bottom line is you are looking for a place to work where you feel valued and pays decent ? Then look elsewhere because you will NOT find it at FT Precision!
i mean none really unless you absolutely love working and hate having a life outside of work. any benefits you wont have time to enjoy.
Cons
non-stop overtime that they won't mention until you're hired and training. First week and I'm expected to work overtime with no days off while training.
extremely poor communication. won't tell you how behind you are, properly communicate important info needed for your first week, refuses to replace or properly repair machines.
