Middle management (below VP), horrendous. A very clique company, the Israel team is based of original M&A team acquired > 10 years ago. Most development teams work together to hide caveats from upper management. Criticism is never accepted, it's my way or the highway

Conservative on budget. Seems only to care about shareholders as of late. Has tons of cash. Sees only the bottom line. Employees and managers are soloed from other groups. Mrs lack leadership training.
