      Pros

      From the from the board of directors to the CEO on down the culture at F5 values employees. This culture is evident in high moral among co-workers and an extremely low turn over rate. With over 20 years in the tech industry F5 is the best company I have ever worked for by far.

      Cons

      The only con is the continued questions surrounding the rumors that there is interest in F5 Networks being acquired. Nobody who works at F5 wants this to happen as they like how the company is run now.

      Some key people have left recently, working hard might not be rewarded as much as would be at a start up.
