      - Training for F5 products. - Opportunities to move to other Business Units inside F5. - Ability to work from home and anywhere in USA

      Cons

      - Management is clueless and careless. - Respect and Morale are being lost in a fast moving role - You are just a number just another consultant in the organization

      Modern corporate culture, good but declining wages/benefits and working conditions in some locations.

      Cons

      Modern corporate culture (both pro and con, you figure it out) If you're working in the "New F5" part of the company I'm sure it's an exciting place. For those working to expand and support current product lines that aren't in the limelight, it isn't near as nice - sorry. Compensation years ago was very competitive. Recently it hasn't kept up with inflation or the market; at least in my area. Work/life balance depends on where you are. 60-80 hours/week and early+late meetings are the norm where I am.
