Pros

Nobody cares what, when, how I do the work. Was good for me and the company when I still had the motivation. Now it’s good only for me. You can be ”sick” on Fridays and no one cares.

Cons

Awful middle management in my region - poor performance and poor judgement. No wonder the board wanted to reduce workforce - some of the reductions even hit the correct people. Unfortunately some of the middle managers - those who clearly have been promoted once too much - are still causing harm.

Medical insurance is good compared to other companies.

Cons

Almost 90% of the managers are non technical and fails to evaluate the performance of individual team member properly. More favourtism in promoting people rather than evaluating technically. No skiplevel meeting. No transparency. Beware before joining that there is literally no career growth because of poor management.
