      The benefits are great, very nice work place. Great local mangers. Many wonderful people.

      Top management decision making process (top level in US head quarters) and their global approach is sometimes unclear and strange.

      I like my direct manager

      Cons

      I once enjoyed the F5 culture but it's changing for the worse. The "Be Human" approach is just an HR feel good concept. In practice, F5 has become just another tech company who is slowly degrading the culture and removing those things that made it a great place to work. Current senior management is not best in class.
