      Pros

      They have a great code of ethics and try to live by it.

      Cons

      Like all companies, there are some bad apples. Egos and bad politics get in the way of good work. Also, career is all in your hands, if you don't talk about it, neither will they.

      Not human first anymore

      Pros

      Office infrastructure and location. Pay is good. Good colleague's and events to keep engaged. Okayish free lunch and snacks.

      Cons

      Top management lacks clarity. Too many acquisitions without a roadmap. Not human first company, its higher management first company. Layoffs without even notifying reporting managers. No more agile and resources are expected to play multiple roles. Lot of employees already lost trust and started leaving.
