      Pros

      It felt like nearly everyone cared about their coworkers, from the CEO on down.

      Cons

      The executive board and shareholders rule. When ROI isn't high, the company took what felt like a knee-jerk reaction and laid off a lot of good people.

      Executives are missing the mark, vision and execution are a big miss for the last 5 years. They haven't rebranded themselves. Buying companies for too much and not integrating them. Its still 4 different companies. They do not value people. They say people first but its all talk
