-Stable company -Work life balance -Good benefits

Cons

- total obsession with diversity. There are way more opportunities for diverse employees than others. Merit, experience and achievements are less valued than skin color or gender. Leadership bonus is linked with diversity quotas and it is heavily biased towards recruiting or advancing employees considered diverse - big company mindset with big red tape mentality - rigid leadership - low growth always focus on the bottom line profit

Still very much a company in transition and lots of work to do. Not someplace to go unless you are willing to roll up your sleeves and embrace change.
