Pros

Good Product and Benefits

Cons

No upward mobility. Execs and Management all hired from outside the comapny and do not know any process, procedures or even have management experience in some cases, then they fire all the seasoned employees who helped grow the company and have challenged them in the past. This occurs in many departments. Horrible Communication

Pros

Decent work life balance and good benefits Non-management employees are great

Cons

Sales Ops management is highly passive aggressive. Raise concerns or providing negative feedback to their anonymous surveys gets you black listed. Sales Ops management frequently slanders employees they've deemed a "problem". This targeting and retaliation can continue even after you're no longer an employee. Complaints to HR are covered up. Sales Ops has high turnover due to the management, but the issues are not addressed. High level people outside of Sales Ops knows there's a problem but refuses to do anything about it. Sales Ops leadership lowers the bar when hiring and promoting. Several times they have dumbed down jobs to promote their favorites into roles; often passing over more qualified employees. There's no standard or benchmark for promotion; nor can they point employees towards path to promotion. Requests for help with career development are not followed through.

Did Not Meet Expectations

Pros

Salary and benefits were above average. Beer Fridays.

Cons

No telecommuting options to eliminate horrific commute to lower Queen Anne site. No work/life balance or support for soft skill development (e.g., F5 customer service methods, F5 customer escalation best practices). Nothing like being set up for failure in a customer-facing role. Too much emphasis is placed on making engineers happy. Inevitably this created a toxic culture of overly-entitled brats. HR promotes a culture for employee success however it lacks any real infrastructure to get the job done equally. Despite a big "Values and Culture" campaign, this company does not live up to what it promotes. In the end, you are more easily replaced rather than coached to a new skill level.
