      Pros

      CEO is genuine, someone to rally around. No staff being gotten rid of despite global hard times. Really a human first attitude was described and followed. Great vision of the company buys and future strategy

      Cons

      VP level is mainly toxic and has no idea what's happening on the ground Creates a wide gulf between the "above VP level" and "below VP level". Most positions have very little scope for upward movement / promotion especially if you work outside of USA.

      Nothing much to share. Only one, finance people see less hike as compared to the one's in IT
