Pros

- Competitive tech salary - Wellness days and good amount of vacation means work-life balance was good for me

Cons

- The job title I received was not the one I applied to. The responsibilities started similar, but it only took about 6 months for those to change to a different role than the one I was sold during interviews. - I'm not sure any managers who knew what there employees were doing. People seemed to either be doing almost nothing, or be overworked to meet deadlines. - Aforementioned deadlines seemed to be set before we even knew what product we were making. It's the definition of deadline driven development. - Technical leadership openly insulted developer's work, after remaining unhelpful through most of the projects. They were reported to upper management by multiple people for this. The reporters ended up leaving the company or team and the leadership remained the same. - Overall, perks are nice but not worth the stressful environment.

Pros

They support their employees and treat them like humans. Very caring response to Covid. They don't support A**holes in the company which removes a lot of the toxic nature you get from tech companies. The leadership truly appears to care about human health. Have strong market strategy that they are clear on articulating. Though don't seem to have clear plan of how to deliver the product portfolio vision for that market strategy.

Cons

- unclear on their product portfolio architectural strategy - not a lot of strong architectural vision in any department - no clear plan of how to get decision alignment. so departments silo up in order to make local decisions and move faster. - Quality of work comes second to volume of work. - live and die by heroics by individual contributors.
