      Pros

      Company has good benefits and pay scale Good work life balance most of the time

      Cons

      Current employee base is running scared. Everyone is pointing fingers at everyone else to ensure that they aren't the next spotlighted employee to find the ax from the bean counters. Not a great time to be an employee, but if you can weather it, things will probably be fine.

      Pros

      Excellent working environments with good benefits. Nice and respectful colleagues and management. Francois is a great leader.

      Cons

      Taking initiatives is not always rewarded. You need to swim in your own lane. Role and responsibilities are not well defined which causes people to fight for ownership of some areas while other have no owners. Too many meetings. Not enough decision makers. The Line of Business are not realistic on timeline which causes all the project schedule to slide at minimum 3 times.
