      Pros

      Decent pay, but no work/life balance.

      Cons

      People hired in management positions are not qualified and therefore provide little value to the company. Degrees in Psychology and Sociology provide little to no value in the technical realm.

      Pros

      F5 offers great benefits, higher than industry-standard pay and excellent perks (stock options, bonuses and beer friday)

      Cons

      Over the last 6 months, the company has it's soul. Employees have become numbers and are not valued by management any longer. Work/life balance has gone out the window and the unique (and desirable) culture of this once fantastic company is crumbling. The employees are feeling the pains of huge changes and sudden growth.
