      Pros

      F5 is not like other corporates. Although F5 is considered a 'big' company with 4500+ employees, the company treats their employees as if it was a startup of 20 people. F5 is an industry leader and hardly ever lays off people. if you're looking for job security this is the place. processes are well defined and executed. The work-life balance is overall very pleasing in F5.

      Cons

      Not enough innovation and employees development plans / career opportunities. company needs to be more innovative to keep up with the industry otherwise it will be left behind.

      You get to learn about many different technologies that F5 can afford. F5 is a fair employer. Enjoy working with many great people

      Some of the challenges include insufficient assistance from escalation team and some managers always said Yes to customers that make the work difficult
