Pros
f5 was built on fantastic technology and a great culture by hard working, very smart creative people. The sales organization was a self-starter, entrepreneurial, sales and prospecting focused atmosphere. f5 has generous compensation and benefit packages. The campus is beautiful with amazing waterfront views.
Cons
The culture has eroded over the past couple of years. The turnover rate has been disruptive and costly, especially at the executive and senior management level. Career advancement is difficult in the sales department if you are not willing to move from the Seattle area.
