      Pros

      Great culture, awesome vision, strong execution. Highly skilled managers and solid procedures. All these elements give excellent contribution to experience and growth.

      Cons

      Very high pressure for results. Rigid procedures can have adverse impact on channel partners and customers. Career path might result slow compared to other companies in the IT industry.

      Reorgs are terrible and frequent While top level management is great, bottom level is the opposite Decreasing work/life balance

      Pros

      Good environment and a lot of very smart engineers. Good vision for the future by senior management. Great benefits and share options.

      Cons

      Not much in my view as I have worked in the company for more than 5 years. Salaries could be better and growth paths more visible to employees.
