      Good company but bad leadership

      Pros

      The company is good but the mid level leadership is pathetic and do not event care about the roles of the employees and does org changes for every 6 months leaving the work displaced. Pros are: Benefits are good Salary is good

      Cons

      Mid level leadership is very bad and as no vision about the company deliverables especially in Technology Services business unit.

      Pros

      As a developer, you don’t have to worry about issues in the features because the QA team tests what you’ve already covered, without adding extra test cases. This means new bugs are unlikely to appear.

      Cons

      The QA quality, especially in the DNS team, is very poor. The customer ends up finding bugs directly because the QA team only repeats the tests developers have already done, missing new issues. But even with poor testing, QA staff still get promoted and recognized.
