      The people, hands down! Great benefits. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      Uncertainty around the strategy and whether the company and it's leadership can execute on it. If they can, F5 has an extremely bright future, which I hope to be a part of. RSUs were not available as part of the initial offer. Tele-commuting isn't really an option. location is terrible for commuting in and out of Seattle.

      - Really know how to take care of employees. Certainly, when I was there it was a great place - understand that there has been a huge amount of change though

      Cons

      Some of the senior management were a but brutal during QBR time.
