Pros
F5 has some of the best people you will ever work with. They also have done a gr eat job on providing good benefits and compensation. Most departments do a great job of hiring good people that work well with others.
Cons
Sometimes the hours are crazy long... and this is happening more and more. We tend to act like a startup, which makes the culture fun, but makes it hard to do business in a company of over 4000 people.
