Business Outlook
Pros
Smart, supportive, non-political work environment. Flat company without too many layers of decision makers. A company that does the right thing for the employee and genuinely cares. Good benefits including generous paid time off, RSUs, health and flex benefits. Great people. Like my boss and my team. We have fun at work, but we do work hard.
Cons
Compensation is not industry leading. But with the RSUs which are very lucrative at the minute with our rising stock price, it does somewhat make up for it. And anyway, if you have been around the industry long enough, you know that money is not everything. Pay isn't bad mind you. Just not necessarily top 20% of the industry.
