Cons

Office politics is intolerable, especially the middle management. There is a disconnect between top and middle management. Claims to be very transparent, but in reality it's the opposite

Salary doesn't match with other companies in the market Doesnt care about hike or promotions of existing employees inspite of their hardwork. Don't really understant the criteria of promoting Software Engineer 2 or 3 to Manager positions who don't have prominent contribution to the team.
