      Pros

      I like the company is always transparent, informing the employees about the company’s current status, short term and long term goals, and how to achieve those goals. During the pandemic, the company is doing various things for the wellness of employees, like allowance and extra leaves needless to say allowing everyone to work from home.

      Cons

      Not much. Many people are joining the company while the same amount of people are leaving, people and various things in the company keep changing fast pace.
