      Pros

      I could go on forever about the technical chops I've developed due to the never-ending assembly line of new products to learn, but what keeps me excited to be a part of team F5 is the people. From the CEO to the receptionists, everyone has a great attitude and it's a welcome change from earlier environments to work with incredibly smart yet humble and helpful coworkers. Salary/benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is just the growing pains of scaling from a small to a large company.

      I wouldn't work anywhere else

      Pros

      F5 has a great campus and you work with very bright and talented people. The fact that there are as many 15+ year employees at a 18 year old company is telling in itself. Great challenging and fulfilling work with great compensation and benefits don't hurt either. From the great health benefits, to the employee recognition program, to the Friday happy hours, F5 treats the employees well and it shows.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains from going from a small to medium/large company but the management is doing a fair job at handling it while maintaining the "small company" culture.

      Pros

      Good management. Trust in people. Good employees to work with. Very happy, all round.

      Cons

      able to retain their market share in their core competency area., but very conservative in trying to enter into new markets, and growing into a even bigger company in terms of revenue and market cap.
