Pros

You learn a lot. You gain experience above all other employers can offer. If you can work as a team you can be successful. Benefits are incredible. A great place to work to beef up skills.

Cons

You have high case load and can be extremely stressful if you aren't prepared. This is causing high turnover. PD is constantly adding new features that NSE's struggle to find time to learn. Documentation is behind. Management for NSE's is poor and the Director seems to care less about solving problems then gaining bonus. (like every Director). You have to work one holiday a year, You cannot take Personal Sick days with out reprocussions.

Pros

Good location Fantastic benefits Decent facilities Good reputation (for now)

Cons

Unrealistic expectations from VPs to come in evenings and weekends to meet unrealistic release goals made my management, only to cut features to make the release date. This happens with every release. Very noisy atmosphere that makes it difficult to work.

Used To Be Great; Not Now

Pros

They hire the best and coolest folks around for non-management roles. The company will likely continue to serve the best products and acquire additional ones.

Cons

Return to Office Mandates created atmosphere of fear and attrition. Managers increasingly becoming more merciless. Raises are rare and often rejected outright for the entire company. Poor performance tracking; high performers ignored while favoritism rules the promotion stream. The only people doing well are the Senior Managers and above; and hose willing to submit complete autonomy to shareholder value. Some staff feel enslaved to an increasingly “People Last” evolution, and are looking for a graceful way out. Everyone else is at risk of termination.
